Support Consultant

The position is based at our offices in Tamworth.

Job Roles:

Customer Support

  • Provide Customer Support (1st and 2nd Line)
  • Analyse & Help Resolve Application issues
  • Sign off test application fixes
  • Maintaining accurate ticket information
