The position is based at our offices in Tamworth.
- Provide Customer Support (1st and 2nd Line)
- Analyse & Help Resolve Application issues
- Sign off test application fixes
- Maintaining accurate ticket information
- Communications skills and active listening
- Empathy with users
- Acceptance of ownership
- Patience and understanding
- Investigative and diagnostic skills
- Logical and measured in approach
- Experience providing application software support
- WFM software
